White Hole Access

White Hole Access is accessible from Highway 178 between Flippin and Bull Shoals, AR. This area is only a short distance below Bull Shoals Dam on the White River.

The area includes a boat launch, toilets, and covered picnic tables. It provides wade fishing or bank fishing, depending on the current water release from Bull Shoals Dam.

Be sure and get your Arkansas fishing license and trout permit before you go. This access point is provided and maintained by the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission.

There are numerous other access points for trout fishermen along the river. Boat access may be hindered at low water levels when attempting to launch from this ramp.
