If you are looking for a gem in the heart of the Ozarks, then Diamond Hills Country Club is just what you are looking for. Diamond Hills Country Club is located in Diamond City, Arkansas. It is mere minutes from Bull Shoals Lake and offers all the amenities of a full-service club and golf course.
Owners Wayne and Sharlene Hudson bought Diamond Hills Country Club in December 2014. Since that time they have put many hours of work into improving the club.
Golf
The golf course is an 18-hole par 71 public course. Owner Wayne Hudson says that many people who play the course call it “Diamond in the Rough” because of the character and layout of the course. He tells us that many of the people who play the course are coming from larger cities and towns, and may even belong to a club in their hometown. He says he also gets many comments from local club members about how the course has steadily improved.

The golf course is a public course, so it is open to non-members to play. A round of 18 holes costs just $40 including cart rental. To play 9 holes the cost is $26. The Pro Shop and golf course hours are 7 a.m. until dark.
They are very supportive of the golf programs in local schools. They feel that children are the future so being part of the local school’s golf programs is important to support.
They also have a driving range if you need to keep your swing sharp while in the area. Buckets of balls are available in the pro shop. The pro shop is where you check in when you arrive to play a round of golf.
They are in the process of replacing all the current carts with brand-new ones. So far they have replaced 20 of the carts with new models with plans to add another 10 by the end of the fall.
