The Jim Griffin access has a concrete boat ramp and also has a walkway down to the river. This is a catch-and-release area. Barbless hooks are required to be used. There is a handicap-accessible ramp that leads down to the riverside for greater access to all.
Be sure and get your Arkansas fishing license and trout permit before you go.
Check out this page for other trout fishing access points along the White River. There are numerous other access points for trout fishermen along the river. Boat access may be hindered at low water levels when attempting to launch from this ramp.
