River Run Park on Bull Shoals Lake has 32 camping spots with water and electrical hookups. They also have a dump station, showers, and restrooms. There are also 32 campsites for tents with no hookups. The park is managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers, as are many of the parks on Bull Shoals Lake. Bull Shoals Lake in this area is more like a river than a lake. This part of the White River drainage runs from Arkansas north into Missouri through the Ozark Mountains before turning south again and entering Arkansas.
