Lead Hill Campground is managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers. It has numerous campsites, as well as boat ramps, restrooms, and a marina. The campground is located at Diamond City, AR on the West Fork of Bull Shoals Lake.
There are plenty of places to stay or camp, as well as abundant recreational opportunities on the lake. Bring your own boat, or visit one of the local marinas to rent a boat for the day. Or just enjoy the views of the lake from your campsite.
Check campsite availability at this link. The link sends you to Recreation.gov so you can check availability and reserve your campsite. Be sure and check the water levels before you make a reservation. Much of this campground will flood when the water level is higher than normal.
